How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for weekday events and 8–12 weeks for weekend dates, which fill up quickly.
Is a deposit required to reserve my date?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
Can I bring my own decorations?
Absolutely — our venue is fully decor-friendly. You're welcome to bring your own decorations or hire a decorator. Candles must be enclosed.
Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, you are welcome to use the caterer of your choice. We do not provide in-house catering services.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests at the Elmwood Circle location.
